We are NOT a Walk-in Clinic. For clarification, walk-in patients do not have a family doctor at our clinic.

Driver’s Medical
To assess the medical fitness of drivers as required by RoadSafetyBC. Driver's medical examinations are performed in person at the medical clinic.
You will need to bring a form provided by ICBC for the doctor to fill out.
There are two types of driver’s medical examination reports uninsured (orange stripe) and partially-insured (blue stripe)

Well-Baby Visit
Our office does NOT offer routine child immunizations as part of the Well-baby visit. For vaccine administration, please visit www.immunizebc.ca

Preventative Health Visit (Annual Physical)
Our clinic no longer does Annual Physical in asymptomatic patients but instead do Preventative Health visits which are 15 minutes.
The Medical Services Plan does not cover routine or periodic complete examinations. These annual "check-ups" are not evidence-based. Complete physical exams (CPx) should only be completed if there is a medical indication to do so. Your Physician will inform you if you need a Complete Physical Exam.

Cervical Cancer Screening (PAP Exam)
There is a new method for cervical cancer screening that is replacing the traditional PAP test – cervical self-screening. Cervix self-screening can be done in the comfort of your own home and has been shown to be more effective and accurate than the PAP test. Before scheduling an appointment, please note that the Medical Services Plan (MSP) covers a maximum of one medical visit per patient each day.

Fewer Mistakes: The AI Scribe helps prevent errors in your medical records, so your health information stays correct.

We care about your privacy. Here's how we protect your information:
The AI Scribe tool we use is fully compliant with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
The recordings are kept private and then deleted immediately after the AI Scribe finishes its note.
Your AI Scribe notes are kept private and secure (along with the rest of your medical record).
Your Choice
You can choose whether to use the AI Scribe during your appointments. It's entirely up to you.
