Upcoming Changes to Our Primary Care Provider Team
To patients of Dr. Tosefsky & Dr. McGuire,
Over the past four years, we have been very fortunate to have full-time long-term locum services provided by Dr. Chris Hillman. During this time, Dr. Hillman has provided excellent care to our patients while covering periods when our physicians were away or unavailable. His support has also helped our clinic transition to a more manageable and sustainable workload.
We are pleased to share that Dr. Hillman will continue working at Marpole Medical on a long-term basis and will begin caring for his own panel of patients starting March 23, 2026.
While Dr. Hillman has seen many of Dr. McGuire’s and Dr. Tosefsky’s patients, he is only able to accept a portion of them into his panel to ensure patient access and workload remain manageable.
Patients who are being formally transferred to Dr. Hillman’s panel will receive a notification message in the near future.
Patients who do not receive a message will continue seeing their current family physician.
We appreciate your understanding as we work through the practical limitations of this transition and remain committed to providing high-quality care to all of our patients.
Marpole Medical Clinic
Our Primary Care Clinic is a family practice located in the Marpole neighbourhood of Vancouver, with a team of seven physicians dedicated to providing comprehensive, continuous care for our patients. We focus on long-term health, prevention, and personalized medical services for individuals and families.

Please note that we are not a walk-in clinic.
All visits are by appointment only, and appointments are available only to patients who are attached to one of our physicians.
Marpole Medical Clinic does not transfer patients between physicians within the clinic.
We cannot re-attach patients who were previously registered with one of our physicians.
