To help your appointment go smoothly, please review the following instructions before your visit.
Plan ahead
Please allow enough time to complete any necessary paperwork, check-in procedures, and other requirements before your appointment.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes prior to and 1 hour following their scheduled appointment time.
If you have a virtual appointment with Dr. Ramin Sariaslani, you will receive the appointment link a few minutes before your scheduled time at the email address we have on file.
Dr. Tauheed Khan (Locum)
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Tauheed Khan a new Locum Physician to our clinic.
Patients are welcome to book an appointment with our locum doctor if:
- Your regular family physician is away or unavailable.
- You require an appointment sooner than their regular physician's next available opening.
Phone Settings
Please adjust your phone settings to allow calls from unknown or blocked numbers, as our doctors may call from a no–caller ID line. Ensure your ringtone is turned on and audible.
Preventative Health Visit (Previously called Annual Physical) Appointment requires specific preparation and should be booked directly with our office
Our clinic no longer offers Annual Physicals for patients who do not have specific health concerns or symptoms. Instead, we offer Preventative Health Visits, which are 15-minute appointments focused on maintaining your overall health and well-being.
Complete physical exams (CPx) should only be completed if there is a medical indication to do so. Your Physician will inform you if you need a Complete Physical Exam.

WorkSafeBC First Medical Appointment Appointment requires specific preparation and should be booked directly with our office
If this is your first medical appointment following a work-related injury, please call our clinic to book your appointment.
When you call, please have the following information ready: Your employer's contact information, The exact date of your workplace injury, Your WorkSafeBC (WSBC) claim number.
Complete physical exams (CPx) should only be completed if there is a medical indication to do so. Your Physician will inform you if you need a Complete Physical Exam.
