Online Appointment Booking
You can book most appointments online for your convenience.
However, some appointment types cannot be booked online because they require additional time.
The following appointments must be booked by phone:
Driver’s Medicals
Well-Baby Check-ups
Biopsies
Cervical Cancer Screening Exams
Preventative Health Visits (previously called Annual Physicals)
All other appointment types can be conveniently booked using our online booking system.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To help your appointment go smoothly, please review the following instructions:
Phone Settings: Please adjust your phone settings to allow calls from unknown or blocked numbers, as our doctors may call from a no–caller ID line. Ensure your ringtone is turned on and audible.
Timing: Kindly allow for a one-hour window following your scheduled appointment time in case the doctor is running behind.
If you have previously seen Dr. Ramin Sariaslani or Dr. Elizabeth Perez Guzman, a Meet-and-Greet appointment is not required. For follow-up visits or new concerns, please schedule either an in-office or telephone appointment.
Virtual Appointments: If you have a virtual appointment with Dr. Ramin Sariaslani or Dr. Elizabeth Perez Guzman, you will receive the appointment link a few minutes before your scheduled time at the email address we have on file.
Driver’s Medical
You will need to bring a form provided by ICBC for the doctor to fill out.
IIf the top of your form is blue, the fee is $75. If the top of your form is yellow, the fee is $150.

Well-Baby Visit
Our office does NOT offer routine child immunizations as part of the Well-baby visit. For vaccine administration, please visit www.immunizebc.ca

Cervical Cancer Screening (PAP Exam)
There is a new method for cervical cancer screening that is replacing the traditional PAP test – cervical self-screening. Cervix self-screening can be done in the comfort of your own home and has been shown to be more effective and accurate than the PAP test. Preventative Health Visit (Previously called Annual Physical)
Our clinic no longer does Annual Physical in asymptomatic patients but instead do Preventative Health visits which are 15 minutes.
The Medical Services Plan does not cover routine or periodic complete examinations. These annual "check-ups" are not evidence-based. Complete physical exams (CPx) should only be completed if there is a medical indication to do so. Your Physician will inform you if you need a Complete Physical Exam.
