Our Zero Tolerance Policy
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. We kindly ask that all individuals treat our staff with courtesy and respect.
The following behaviours will not be tolerated:
Yelling, shouting, or aggressive verbal behaviour
Abusive, insulting, or vulgar language
Disrespectful, hostile, or intimidating behaviour
Discriminatory or offensive remarks
Threats or threatening behaviour
If inappropriate or abusive behaviour occurs, immediate action may be taken. Depending on the severity of the incident, the individual may be asked to leave the clinic and may be discharged from the practice.

Prescription Renew
Please book an appointment with your physician to renew your prescription.
Cancellations and Appointment No Shows
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for appointments. The fee for a missed appointment or appointment cancelled at short notice is: $25.00 for 15 minutes appointment and $50 for 30 minutes appointment.
Test Results
If you have a labwork/test ordered, we encourage you to book a follow-up appointment online or monitor your voicemail or email for a recall notice.
Most bloodwork results are available between 1-14 days.
X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI results are usually available within 1-7 days.
PAP tests can take up to 6 weeks for results to be available.
Prenatal genetic screening results can take 2-3 weeks.

Referrals
We will do our best to organize specialist referrals and hospital investigations promptly.
However, wait times are often long. Should you not receive a follow-up from us regarding specialist referrals or hospital investigations within two (2) months (or earlier for urgent matters), please inquire at our clinic about the status of your referral.
