We are pleased to welcome Dr. Ramin Sariaslani and Dr. Elizabeth Perez Guzman to Marpole Medical. Both physicians are currently accepting new patients.

Once your registration has been processed, Marpole Medical will contact you via email with instructions to book a 30–45 minute Meet and Greet appointment.
About the Meet and Greet Appointment
The Meet and Greet appointment is an introductory visit for both the physician and the prospective patient to determine whether they are a good fit for a long-term professional relationship.
During this visit, you will:
Review your personal and family health history
Learn about the clinic’s policies
Have the opportunity to ask general questions
Please note: Medical concerns will not be addressed during this appointment. A separate appointment must be booked for medical issues.
A Meet and Greet appointment does not guarantee acceptance into the physician’s practice.
Patient Attachment Policy
In the interest of fairness to all residents of British Columbia, Dr. Ramin Sariaslani and Dr. Elizabeth Perez Guzman accept only patients who are not currently attached to another Family Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner.
Marpole Medical Clinic does not transfer patients between physicians and does not re-attach patients who were previously attached to one of our doctors.
